GLParty Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GLParty platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features available through the website at glparty.vu and any associated mobile application. By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or access any GLParty service. These Terms apply to all registered users across the Philippines, regardless of whether access is made from Manila, Quezon City, Cebu, Davao, or any other location.

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in account restrictions.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled by the player once accepted.
• GLParty reserves the right to void bets where a technical error, pricing error, or data feed failure has occurred.

• Any attempt to exploit technical faults, glitches, or errors for financial gain is a serious breach of these Terms.

If your account is suspended due to a breach, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where a material breach is confirmed, GLParty may forfeit some or all of the account balance.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting GLParty support through the platform. Pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed according to standard procedures, provided no active investigation is underway.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GLParty's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

GLParty is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, device failures, third-party payment processing delays, or force majeure events. GLParty does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times, though we make reasonable efforts to maintain consistent availability.
